Guimaras brings Manggahan sa Robinsons
Guimaras provincial government through its provincial tourism office brings Manggahan sa Robinsons that officially opened on April 5, 2010.
This activity aims to promote the tourism industry of the province which offers the best and finest of Guimaras until April 08, 2010. The province has a booth inside the mall that offers the province’s craftsmanship, products especially fresh mangoes, delicacies and many more. In addition to the activities, 11 candidates for Mutya sang Guimaras will showcase their alluring beauties on their casual wear competition on April 08, 4:00 p.m. at the fountain area.
During the opening program Gov. Felipe Hilan A. Nava said that his administration is giving full support to the tourism initiatives of the province for its objective to be the tourism capital of the region. He also invites people to visit the province and to experience the Manggahan 2010 Festival that will start on April 11-18, 2010.
Among who graced the affair is DILG Regional Director Evelyn Trompeta, DOT VI Regional Director Edwin Trompeta and Guimaras first lady Ms. Ana Maria “Lally” Nava together with the partner agencies.
